The Search For Grobblenook
Many years ago, the powerful potion maker Agnes De Molay delighted the good people of York with her brews and spells, all crafted from her bustling tavern, The Hole In Wand. Business soon bubbled over, and Agnes realised she needed help. So, with a flick, a flourish, and a rather ambitious spell, she transformed a stone gargoyle atop York Minster into a lively potion brewing assistant, the ever curious Grobblenook.
Grobblenook quickly proved himself a natural. Agnes often found him intensely picking and choosing the oddest of ingredients before scampering off to see what marvel, or mild chaos, he could concoct. His greatest triumph was the creation of Cauldron Cola, a luxurious elixir that made him famous throughout the wizarding world.
Before long, Grobblenook became the premier brewer of potions at The Hole In Wand, his reputation spreading far and wide. Unfortunately, it also reached those who practise dark magic. These wayward wizards covet his talents, whispering plans to capture him, or at the very least stop him brewing elixirs for the powers of good.
Now Grobblenook has vanished. Has he darted into hiding to avoid capture, or have villainous spies already whisked him away? Rumours swirl like enchanted smoke, and only one thing is certain: his precious potion recipes must not fall into the wrong hands.
Your Quest, using the magic of Wizard Golf, is to track down Grobblenook, ensure his safety, and prevent catastrophe from brewing. As you navigate this enchanting crazy golf adventure, every hole brings you one step closer to uncovering the truth. Keep your wand at the ready, for you never know what magical surprises lie ahead!
